At Entre-Deux-Monts, we make 4 different white wines, each with their own style and composition. Discover a wide range of flavours with this selection.
- The Pinot La Douve 2023: a fresh, aromatic wine made from the Pinot varieties on the estate (pinot gris, pinot noir and pinot meunier).
- Quatre Cépages 2024: a blend of 4 grapes (chardonnay, auxerrois, pinot noir and pinot meunier). Versatile as an apéritif or with fresh dishes.
- The Chardonnay 2023: the engiste mono-cépage in the range, made from Chardonnay from the 2022 harvest. Fresh attack followed by refined oak notes. Rested for 12 months on used, French oak.
- The Molenberg Collection Héritage 2024: a white wine made from pinot gris and chardonnay, from our oldest vines in the vineyard. The wine is aged for 10 months in a mix of new Belgian and used French oak barrels. This gives it a refined, gastronomic woody flavour. It can easily be left to mature in the cellar for several more years.
