At Entre-Deux-Monts, we make 3 different wines that involve wood aging. Discover a wide range of flavours and styles with this selection.
- The Chardonnay 2023: the engiste mono-cépage in the range, made from Chardonnay from the 2022 harvest. Fresh attack followed by refined oak notes. Rested for 12 months on used, French oak.
- The Molenberg Collection Héritage 2024: a white wine made from pinot gris and chardonnday, from our oldest vines in the vineyard. The wine is aged for 10 months in a mix of new Belgian and used French oak barrels. This gives it a refined, gastronomic woody flavour. It can easily be left to mature in the cellar for several more years.
- The Bacquaert Brut: our wood-aged sparkling wine with Charonnay and Pinot Noir. 30 months sur lattes according to the méthode traditionnelle give this wine a full and rich character ideal for pairing with aperitif snacks and refined dishes.
