Cuvée Jean, Collection Héritage

The Cuvée Jean is made 100% barrel-aged Chardonnay, which was aged for 5 years sur lattes. This gives a gourmet, complex sparkling wine, with aromas of ripe fruit and nuts. Only 500 bottles of the Cuvée Jean were made, only in magnum size.
The first vines of Entre-Deux-Monts were planted on grandfather Jean Bacquaert's land between the Red Hill and the Black Hill.
