TASTING NOTES
A wine with ripe aromas of tropical fruit, nuts and brioche, with the wood ageing supporting the complexity. On the palate, the Cuvée Jean is broad, rich and dry, yet soft at the same time.

A highly gastronomic sparkling wine due to its long bottle ageing and low dosage. Ideal with festive appetisers, rich grilled or smoked fish dishes and refined poultry such as guinea fowl or partridge.
