BelBul

A collection of three BelBul wines from Entre-Deux-Monts. The cool climate of Heuvelland is ideal for producing fresh, refined sparkling wines.

This wine selection contains:
- one bottle of BelBul: Wiscoutre
- one bottle of BelBul: Wiscoutre Rosé
- one bottle of BelBul: Bacquaert Brut

Collection Héritage

This wine selection includes two wines from the Collection Héritage range.
 

• De Molenberg 2024: a white wine made from Pinot Gris and Chardonnay grapes from our oldest vines in the vineyard. The wine is aged for 10 months in a mix of new Belgian and used French oak barrels. This gives it a refined, gastronomic woody note. It can easily be left to mature in the cellar for several more years.
• The 2019 Extra Brut: a gastronomic and mouth-filling sparkling wine. Complex, deep, more of a “grand vin” than a bubble. Extremely suitable for refined dishes.

This wine selection includes what are perhaps our three best-known wines:
 

• The Quatre Cépages 2024: a blend of four grapes (Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier). Versatile enough to serve as an aperitif or with fresh dishes.
• The Wiscoutre Blanc de Blancs: the first sparkling wine we made on the estate. A fresh, aromatic BelBul based on Chardonnay and Auxerrois, together with 15% reserve wine using the solera system since 2010. Gastronomic, fresh, dry.
• The Pinot La Douve 2023: a fresh, aromatic wine made from the Pinot varieties on the estate (Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier).

Rosé wines from Entre-Deux-Monts

At Entre-Deux-Monts, we make 2 different rosé wines. 1 sparkling and 1 still rosé wine.Do you also want a gift box? Then buy this one separately.

• The Wiscoutre Rosé: A refined sparkling wine with Acolon, Chardonnay and Auxerrois. Brut with fine sparkle and light fruity finish, ideal as an aperitif or with refreshing dishes.
• The Rosé Anaïs 2025: Made from Acolon and Pinot Noir. The wine is named after the wife of winemaker Martin Bacquaert. Full-bodied rosé with flavours of citrus and red fruit. Ideal as an aperitif or with fresh dishes.

- 1 bottle of Zientje: a slightly sweet sparkling wine based on Chardonnay, apples and elderflower (8% alcohol)
