VINIFICATION
Aged in 3-year-old wooden barrels for 8 months.

TASTING NOTES
Nose of red and black fruit such as strawberry, blackberry and cherry, with hints of vanilla and cedar wood. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with beautifully integrated tannins and acidity.

FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with red meat such as beef, lamb or entrecôte. Also a good match with barbecue dishes, grilled meat, spicy marinades and savoury sauces.
