TASTING NOTES
The nose reveals a delicate citrus note intertwined with ripe stone fruit. On the palate, aromas of vanilla and tropical fruit are released.
FOOD PAIRING
A gourmet sparkling wine, best served as an aperitif with appetisers, but also suitable as a starter wine with a first course. Pairs well with smoked fish, oysters au gratin, grilled scallops, roast turkey, slightly bitter vegetables such as chicory or asparagus, and mature and salty cheeses.
